Camp Coordinator
The Camp Coordinator is the most visible staff member, providing key communication between board
and staff and serving as the external representative of Lake Creek Campground to the public. This position is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. This position reports to the Board of Directors.
Caretaker
The Caretaker maintains the grounds, buildings, and equipment of Lake Creek Youth Camp.
Essentially mow and irrigate 20 acres, Clean and stock bathrooms and cabins, and maintain the generators.

Cook & Prep Cook
The Cook oversees all aspects of food preparation and safety. Campground bookings vary on the number of people and the number of meals required based on guest contract. Up to 3 meals per day may be provided to up to as many as 120 guests.
The Prep Cook assists the Cook in all aspects of food preparation and prepares the dining room, ensuring
it is ready for guests.
